Aidan the Highland Cow DIY Amigurumi Crochet Kit

Highland Cows are one of Scotland's oldest breeds. Long horns, shaggy coats, and a calm temperament that's kept them grazing the Scottish Highlands for centuries. Aidan here captures all of that in yarn.

This amigurumi is worked in Eco Barbante Solid, a sturdy recycled cotton yarn that holds its shape well. The real fun is the coat: you build up that signature shaggy look using a latch-hooking technique that gives Aidan serious texture.
